Booking & Cancellation Policy – Denstudio
At Denstudio, we value your time and aim to provide all patients with a smooth, efficient, and high-quality experience. This Booking & Cancellation Policy outlines the terms and expectations regarding scheduling, attendance, payments, and cancellations.
1. Booking Appointments
Appointments can be booked:

All bookings are subject to availability and are not confirmed until you receive official confirmation from our team from hello@denstudio.co.uk.
2. Deposits & Payments
· A refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment.
· Deposit amounts vary by treatment type and will be confirmed upon booking.
· Deposits can go toward your total treatment cost.
· Full payment is required before or on the day of treatment unless under a finance agreement.
3. Rescheduling
· You may reschedule up to 48 hours in advance with no penalty.
· Changes within 48 hours will result in the loss of your deposit.
· You may only reschedule an appointment twice before the deposit is forfeited.
4. Cancellations
· Cancellations made more than 48 hours in advance will retain the deposit for future use.
· Cancellations within 48 hours or failure to attend will lead to deposit loss and may incur an extra fee.
5. Late Arrivals
· Patients arriving over 15 minutes late may not be seen.
· Late arrivals are subject to reduced treatment time or cancellation.
6. No-Show Policy
· A missed appointment without notice is considered a no-show.
· Repeated no-shows may result in requiring full prepayment for future appointments or denial of service.
7. Emergencies & Exceptions
We understand that emergencies happen. In cases of illness, bereavement, or unavoidable situations, contact us ASAP. Fee waivers may be granted at our discretion.
8. Changes by Denstudio
· On rare occasions, Denstudio may need to reschedule or cancel your appointment.
· If so, we will notify you promptly and retain or refund your deposit based on your preference.
9. Refunds
· Refunds for prepaid treatment are assessed case-by-case.
· Refunds issued for treatments already performed will be assessed case-by-case.
